Guessing on the weight, but I feel like I've put 10 on. still in 34 jeans though. I started this journey 3 years ago today when I was 281lb... been a few bumps along the way but I am still down nearly 40lbs over that time frame.

My annual lay-off hit me a couple weeks early, but as soon as I get used to my new routine I will be able to get back in the gym.

kicking things off tommorow with a 18/6 fast schedule for a week.
