Finally feeling better. Being sick keeps me from eating too much at least. Got on scale this morning. Still stuck at 172. That is okay, as long as it does not go up through the holidays. I will break that stupid 170's in January!!

I hear you! I was up today to 217.4. Ick. I did better yesterday trying to stay within 29 pts per day. Actually due to no eating after 8pm, I didn't get all my points in. Still recovering from Tuesday nights insanity. 4 pts per breakfast on the go! It's one of my favorite snacks right now. Trying to get the water in too. That seems to help curb the appetite and sugarless gum. LOL. Rest up - this Christmas we will drop pounds, and not gain! We won't be the norm!
