Hi Pamby... {{{hugs}}}! Yesterday was one of those days for me too, and my body is saying aaaarrrghhhhhh this morning! Not worth it! Let's keep each other going...you're doing great!

Ann Louise recommends two great books for emotional eaters: Life is Hard, Food is Easy by Linda Spangle and Taming of the Chew, by Dr. Denise Lamoth. Check one or both out at your local library. Emotional eating is a pattern you CAN break, and must break, if you are to permanently shed the weight.
