I have been too embarrased to be on here. Last week I kept cheating get back on for a day or two then cheat again, but I am so focused since sunday been working too and not used to manual labor, that is not fat friendly, weighed this morning and I weighed 262 am very happy with that I am not sabotoging myself no more. I am like a drug addict with food. thank you for all your support it was very much appreciated. everyone have a very happy and fat flushing stay focused. Thanks

Ann Louise recommends two great books for emotional eaters: Life is Hard, Food is Easy by Linda Spangle and Taming of the Chew, by Dr. Denise Lamoth. Check one or both out at your local library. Emotional eating is a pattern you CAN break, and must break, if you are to permanently shed the weight.
