I've been trying to remember every single form of exercise that I perform each day. It's becoming more tedious each day. So instead, I'm only going to record the intentional exercise performed and shoot to achieve my daily "excess calorie burned" goal based solely off that number. That way, I'll know that I exceeded the expectation. *pats self on the back*
