I am such a slow loser it is normally hard to see changes but I have noticed my veins are getting much more prominent on my hands and arms! I guess this is a good sign LOL

Today I am grateful:

:for my sweet husband who picked me lots of roses yesterday just because
:for the fact it is election day here, no more listening to politicians waffling on LOL
:for Christmas In The Park tonight!
:for the fact Christmas is only 4 weeks away! Yay!
:that I have managed to stick to the Leptin Reset for so long - even when the scale hasn't always been kind.
:for my Fatsecret buddies! Hugs to you all!

and yet ... you HAVE lost 28 lbs (or whatever than translates to kg)!!! You have done such a fine job ... with patience, with fortitude, with learning to take each moment as it comes despite all the challenges you've had with the rumbling of the earth in your hometown. Keep it up Squiggly ... you are worth it!!!
