September 1st! Wow, How time flies! I am still struggling with this cold or allergy thing...Hard to tell. I had the chills so bad I think I shivered off my calories for the day! Totally rested yesterday and now it seems to have settled in my chest...my cough is pretty wicked. We do have very smoky air here, due to fires... No matter what it is, Today I have the strength and inclination to work out! I have been kinda fasting from dinner to dinner...Mostly just fluids all day and then one meal at night. I have always felt pretty good not eating during the day, and as long as I don't go overboard with the meal in the evening I should do OK. I never eat past 6PM so the evening meal should be fine.
