I only get to get online with FS sporadically these days. I'm working crazy hours these days in order to get everything completed at the office before I start travelling again. I just added two weeks of running elk hunting camps in the mountains of New Mexico in September to go with the 2 weeks in October, 2 in November (and a week of Elk & Deer hunting for myself, as well). In between, we're going to Orlando with the grandkids for 9 days. So, things are a bit hectic. With the new hunts we just added, I have to leave in 13 days and I really need to push myself to make sure I'm in shape for the mountains. I finished a 38 hour fast at noon today and broke it with a nice spinach salad with lean smoked brisket. Yoga practice started again yesterday, it's an awesome way to relieve stress and work out the kinks. Now, I need to get on the Stair Master and start working on my climbing muscles.
