I've been fasting. I attempted four water fasts. Two were "suppose" to be long fasts. Two ended after 24 hours, the other two I made it to 43, and 46 hours. Fasting is tough when you just have water. So I switched gears and today I just IF for 20 hours. I do want to try water fasting again. My first big goal is to freaking get to 72 hours. That would be huge for me. This week is already planned out, but next week I will try to water fast again.

Because I take medication its super hard for me to lose weight, and really easy to gain. Today I had my FIRST pound lost since starting to fast. I was so happy about that. 1 down 99 more to go.. LOL. I feel happy. I have a game plan. All I need is a bit more will to catch up to my plans! :)

It's all a learning experience. It's kind of the science. It's about learning another way that doesn't work so you can get to what does work. Get on it.
