Fascia blasting has changed my life. So thankful for Jen telling me about it. Cellulite and loose skin is going bye-bye. If you have not heard about this wonderful tool, look it up!! Ashley Black Guru, Fascia blaster. I am NOT one for gimmicks, so I researched this for a few months and finally got one.... amazing is all I can say. Works for cellulite, pain, loose skin. I get nothing for saying anything about this tool. You won't regret it. There is a facebook group FasciaBlasters, honestly, stalk the page, read the comments, and see all the before and after pics. I just started a month ago, so don't have pics to compare yet, but can see little changes already. Jeez, sound like a salesman, and I am not one believe me. Looks like mid/high 150's is where my body wants to stay, but if I can get rid of the hail damage looking legs, I will be so much more happy!

will look that up! My yoga teacher has been on about the 'Melt Method" also working with the fascia. I've definitely got some loose layers to tighten up after loosing weight.

I do my whole body, but carry my weight in butt/legs so been focusing on them. Started end of June. I've had 3 c-sections and that scar is now flat and very hard to see. It's hard to explain fascia aka connective tissue but if you Google her and watch the video's you will be sold. Honestly, I'm not selling but wanted to impower women (and men) especially when I find something that will help so many people! Ashley Black Guru look it up you won't regret it. I'm glad a few of you had heard of it lol. I've been on this site for 6 yrs so it's not like I came in and posted a gimmick. But was worried this is what people would think 😉

I LOVE the "Melt Method!" I have the woman's book and foam roller! You press rather than roll and it is SO helpful and relieves pain!
