I've noticed that although my diet is falling way below the reccomended RDI it has a very high percentage of fat. I have more fat in my diet than protein! so I'll start to remedy this by adding more veggies & fruits and cutting back on the obviously fatty stuff. Cause even though I may still lose weight due to the decrease in calories, I can't imagine that having this much fat in my diet is healthy . . .
