I spent the almost two years since that life saving surgery putting all the weight back on plus another 20lb. I think that was the longest period of depression that I have ever been through. The grief I felt at losing my womb was so very unexpected.
That was then and this is now. Depression gone; determination has knocked it for six.

Depression is a bitch, I have to work at mine every day. As for my weight/diet I have decided to try simple calorie counting, the only things I am abstaining from are crisps/creamy dips. I have to have everything else in moderation.
