Bought me one of them thar fancy scales.... I don't know how much I need one, though the Wife likes to track her numbers. It's the Weight Watchers Body Analysis Glass Scale, by Conair. Under 30 bucks at Walmart.
Seems simple enough, has a memory for 4 people and measures; Weight, Body Fat, Body Water, Bone Mass, and BMI. My only complaint would be the numbers don't stay up long enough, so have your note pad ready.
Being on the muscular build side of things, I always felt the BMI numbers using height/weight were a crock, so I don't now how much any of this matters but I'll start tracking the numbers on a weekly level anyway.
