Went a little over my carb count tonight for dinner. I was like so totally hungry! With all of the stuff I had...I made two burrito type thingies.... I know I would have been ok with just one... :(

Are you kidding me right now? Your macros look great, you are under your RDI. If you wanted it to be PERFECT, you could have eaten MORE to get the numbers to line up right. You did great. You simply decided to stop eating.

Thank you for the reminder Debra. Lady, I simply could not eat anymore! LOL I did wake up to a nice little down slope in the weight area, though...so now I don't feel so bad going over that 20 grams of carbs I try to stay under.... I don't think I even reach the 20 most days, but I would have to look back at my diary to know that for sure right now....
