Not brave enough to get weighed today, but I did take my blood pressure. 128/82 which is pretty good for me since I am on the medication to lower it from the 140's & 130's. Pulse at 104 beats per minute (high). Did some yard work today--dug out some dirt to use for replanting, and to level out the pathway between the house and garage. I'm pretty knackered (I fell asleep after I did the above). I'm hoping to get more done tomorrow if I wake up with more energy. No bets on that though. I'm just going to take it as it goes. Now, to watch something on Netflix with my honey and then to bed.
