Making fajita's in the crockpot. Using top sirloin cut into strips, green peppers and onions with some flour and cornstarch. Cooking all day then serving in fat-free tortilla's with fat-free cheese and sour cream. Mondays are our sit down family dinner as I have to work Tues., Thurs., and Friday nights. May make rice for the family, not sure about me. Probably veggie only. Walked for 45 minutes today. Jogged for maybe 3-4 minutes of that, Mondays I don't jog as much, body getting used to exercise since I don't do it on the weekends. By Friday I can jog 5-10 minutes total. AF showed up Saturday so just going to put weight as same for now since it's yelling in RED at me at the top of the page. Then in about 7 more days I will record my "real" weight LOL.
