So today is officially Day 1. I've made my meal plan for the week, cleaned the junk food out of the kitchen,and stocked it with good, healthy food.
I made a large batch of eggs with mushrooms and spinach to cover half my breakfasts for the week. Oatmeal with fruit and greek yogurt will do for the rest.
As for exercise, J. and I are starting rumba lessons tonight! I'm so excited to be trying something new, and calling it exercise is just a bonus.
My 3 goals for this week are to drink my 64 oz of water every day, stick to the foods on my meal plan, and get 30 minutes of cardio 3 days this week.
