Ok, so today, out of curosity, I measured my coffee cup size. I thought it was 6oz. Found out it was 8oz. Not that the coffee in itself was caloric,but the amount of creamer I use was. Also learned that there are 3tsp in 1tbs. I didnt know so I had been accounting 2 tsp=1 tbs. That made my caloric intake much higher than I thought. I have to find a lower caloric creamer.
You just never know until you investigate.
