Just a quick update. I have been battling an overgrowth of unfriendly bacteria in my gut 🥹 They like sugar , all types, so with my doctors approval, I am starving the lil critters out. So, my eating plan isn’t a “normal” balanced diet. I am focusing on a high fat, medium protein very low carb balance.
The weight loss shown is a cumulative weight loss over a few years. Starting weight loss 75.6 kilos in April 21; current weight 65.2
I am a slow loser.
