Feeling fat and sluggish. Can't seem to stay on track. I need to stick with my plans and not let unexpected schedule changes or things out of the norm give me an excuse to pig out.

Notelaine, don't feel like the Lone Ranger... I feel the same way... was on a business trip all last week... ate poorly... ate late in the evening along with the rest of the group... and didn't find the time to work out due to the long hours... SIGH... I refuse to step on the scale until later this week... I'm HOPING the feeling is temporary... and will be gone after a few workouts and me getting back on track myself... LET'S DO THIS!

Sounds like some emotional eating going on. Remind yourself that food is nutrition not medication for our emotions. You can do this!

My weakness is when we get together with my in-laws and they have all this glorious food cooked and I just reason to myself "well, just today won't hurt" and then a day turns into a week. Just keep going on and think about your main reason for motivation and keep focussing on it.

this happens to me all the time so I want you to know, your not alone. Any glitch or mishap and Im ready for DQ.. and i was giving in a lot.. its super hard... I know it.. what helps me is just take it one day at a time.. almost like AA.. if I can make it thru one day.. and have some diet friendly snacks..i have some fat bombs now and id rather eat 2-3 fat bombs than some fritos.. LOL . just pick up where you left off... and remember nothing tastes better than skinny

stickin to a diet on the weekend are so hard for me, during the week im so good. COTTAGE CHEESE WITH APPLE SAUCE FOR breakfast during the week. THIS WEEKEND 3BUTTTERMILK PANCAKE WITH BUTTER SYRUP EGG AND HASBROWN THE WHOLE 9YEAR. UGG!

I think the key is to enjoy the cheating, then turn it back with some fasting and discipline. If you can't get consistent, just dial it back, and move on.

it's so crazy to think back on when eating a breakfast of pancakes, eggs and hash browns didn't come with all this concern. Shows how more aware we all are...GO US!

Everyone struggles during changes. Keeping a routine while everything is cycling around you is very difficult. We all go through it. Back on track.

I can totally connect. I have ADHD, so I'm not supposed to eat yeast or sugar, but it's so hard to stay on track!!!
