WELL, not a good way to start a new challenge. Havent been on a date with my husband in a year... I decided not to count my calories today and just enjoy the day and the date at Red Lobster. It sure is easy to pack on the calories when Im not counting as I eat. I added what I ate Saturday on Sunday A.m . Got to go walk this off today. Lord have mercy cyndy lou.
