I'm doing LCHF wrong because I'm not losing. Torn rotator cuff isn't helping x 6 months now. Got a cortisone shot yesterday, so maybe that will help. Logging food will help. I will not give up though because I've come so far and I know it works. I'm still down 57 lbs! Today is a new day and a new beginning. ps. Finally cleared off my clothes horse (treadmill).

I promise myself, I will begin using it today and logging my exercise time at the end of each day.
