::I have not curbed my sweets for the last couple of nights. It irritates me when I give in. The last 2 nights sucked. Ive got to find something to occupy my mind during 7 pm to bedtime.::

Perhaps I will dig into some sewing. Get my quilt out.

I think that's great. Remember Stuart Smalley on "Saturday Night Live" so many years ago? He used to look into the mirror and say, "I'm good enough, I'm smart enough, and doggone it, people like me!"

You almost have to. There are so many loud negitive thoughts that pass thru our brain every day and we tend to listen to them unless we tell them to "shut up", and speak the truth about us out loud. Hope you have a great day.
