Loving my new treadmill. My favorite preset workout is number 2. I do have to decrease the incline for 3.5 mph as I try to run for that speed and I can't do it at an incline of 8, not yet any ways! It goes back and forth between 3.0 and 3.5 mph speeds. I try to jog on the 3.5 ones. Can't wait until I can jog every time it changes.
