I notice lately that many FS folks are doing more fasting. Now I've been doing IF for a while now. I only eat during a window that ranges from as much as 6 hours per day to as little as 1 hour per day. My question is for those that are doing full-on fasts. If your doing a 24 hour fast, what hours do you fast? For instance, do you eat during the day, skip dinner and then not eat until dinner the following day? Just curious. I'm thinking mixing up my eating a bit.
