Got side tracked for a cpl of days. In bed with a case of sciatica pain. No excuses, didnt keep track or try to stick to my calories. But thats behind me. All is good. Just weighed in. 7 lb. Down. Im shocked. My Dr. Told me the brandy and coke had alot of calories. Perhaps she was right.
