Well I managed to keep my weight within 7lbs of my goal of 138lbs....now I just have to maintain this over the holidays. Come January 3rd I will be starting a cleanse as well as working with my new personal trainer 2x a week...gonna get fitter than ever. Would love to hit 135lbs but am not sure its feasible as people told me i looked "skinny" at 138....we shall see. Looking forward to an even more AMAZING 2016 but I am not sure it could top my spectacular 2015 year!!!
