PHEW! The scale was kind to me. I am holding steady even after eating a crappy carb loaded week! Poor Hubby announced he GAINED 5 pounds. But his attitude really surprised me. He said "get over it, move on and start over..." He moved me into action, so I worked out and got busy shopping and did food prep last night. We found the more carbs we ate the hungrier we were, and ate and ate like nothing could fill the void. It's funny how your body changes as we age. I am laughing on the inside!!! Well folks, lets all have a nice Thanksgiving and truly enjoy what we choose to eat and remember, it is not about the food...it's about friends, family and how you feel.
