My lunch is the same almost every day - I bring a salad. But I mix it up with different combinations of meats, veggies cheeses and salad dressings so I don't get bored. For snacks - cucumbers, broccoli and cauliflower because these veggies are not drippy. Hard boiled eggs are great. I sometimes weigh out one oz of nuts and pre-package them. Lots of items can be made in large batches that freeze well - crustless quiche, MIM (baked in muffin tins) and homemade sausage (without preservatives).
