Went dark on the food intake today: had a surprise trip to see a relative for her birthday, which was completely unplanned. Ate 6 Swiss chocolates, a couple of round slices of koubassa, lots of chieese chunks, some high-end fig crackers, drank a cooler, and ate a slice of tiramisu birthday cake. Not even going to try to guess about the calories and fat. I keep hearing my sister-in-law in my head, saying, "Everything in moderation" so I feel just a little bit better, but still ashamed of what I ate.
