Some of it is water weight, some of it is antibiotic weight, and some of it is real weight gain. For the tiny amount of pain relief eating ice cream gave me it was so NOT worth it. Back to my normal WOE, the soup/ice cream didn't even help much. On the plus side I discovered I don't enjoy ice cram and certain soups like I used to and it is not worth the bloaty feeling.

I know what you mean not worth it. Ive been stuck, and not worth it is the words. So its back to what I know weaning off stuff and water, salads, home made soups especally my Cabbage Soup gets it all moving every few weeks or so. Keep pushing up that path see you at the mountain top and it won't be that long really. Better than sick all the time. Blessings to you and yours Amen Shalom

Ears still hurt but not crying in pain anymore hurt. They were that bad for the last few days. I can handle this pain okay, advil will help it now. Before it didn't even make a difference. Roienell, my chicken soup that I make and eat is cabbage loaded soup. I use the cabbage in place of noodles in it. It always help move things along. I need to make some more, I ran out of it in the freezer. I make a huge pot and freeze it.
