Food choices yesterday were a little sketchy near the end of the day, but i was pooped and we picked up a pasty and shared it for dinner. Too tired after the grand kids, and dad's doc appointment to cook or clean up the kitchen. But, TODAY is a new day, AND a NEW MONTH! Here is to new beginnings and progress to all our endeavors!
