After my dad's check-up, we are going to lunch. I am planning my meals so I don't ruin my momentum. He is especially fond of a Thai curry noodle dish, and since we share it, I will fill up on soup and eat mostly the veggies and protein and send the rest home with him! Ahhh, curry...I love it... Since we lived in Hawaii for 15 years we eat a lot of ethnic food. My mother in-law who lives with us once asked, "don't you ever eat American Food?" Needless to say, I prepare different dinners for us when we eat together. She's happy/We're Happy! She LOVES Burger King! As my Granddaughter Lily would say: "Blech!!!"
