Ate less yesterday, then got starved in the evening. Luckily there was nothing really detrimental to snack on. Looking forward to a short shift at work then pop over to my Dad's apartment to finish up the cleaning and spend some time with him! A new kitchen runner/rug and spiffy chair pads brightened up his dining area and he was thrilled with my selection. He is feeling pretty good and I think his spirits are up! I am handling everything really well too. Did not seek the comfort of food, but now I have to be careful of not eating....sometimes it's easier to just not eat!!! ...but that ain't right...not good, then sets me up mindless munching...Joined a challenge and have been walking leisurely every evening and REALLY enjoying that!
