well the low carb diet lasted about a week. couldnt seem to get down to 20grams a day under 30 i get light headed and feel awful. a couple times i had to eat a candy just to function. not a good way to diet if you ask me. I thought it would give me a good jump start but instead it made me miserable and now i've spent the last week eating everything i denied myself the week before! but i really have to do something before my clothes stop fitting and it really comes down to exercise and balanced nutrition (balanced against my budget too!-the low carb diet destroyed that!) so i can do that. stop with the candy, the ice cream, the late night carbs and just eat well. i know how to i just gotta stop eating my feelings . . . and work will get slower and easier . . . and if i'm not going out so much i will have more control over my spending & eating. so here we go Again!

I can't do it either. But I do modified Atkins. I like my fruits.
