BS: 82 Since beginning the new diabetic drugs that promise low blood sugars and weight loss, I have almost stalled in weight loss. Not completely, but if I want to lose weight, then I need to get back on LCHF woe. Taking a break is good, but by the same time, I'm worried that I may have a hard time going back eliminating some of the carbs like watermelon, peaches and grapefruit. The rice, pasta, potatoes and bread will not be a problem. Fresh fruit season is almost over. On the flipside, got my office area moved around again. So it will be a bit of chaos at first sharing the space with my husband. We will work it out though. We did it before.
