Made the worst food choices EVER yesterday. I logged them all and looked at the imbalanced pie chart and said ENOUGH! No wonder I have a snail's pace weight loss!

On the bright side... GOOD NEWS! The skies have cleared and the smoke is gone! I am getting about 6 errands done and then getting out and continue clearing the garden. Took a couple hundred pounds of corn/squash and weeds to the recycle dump. I cannot compost all that stuff! The cooler weather is coming and I want a jump on Fall clean-up.Plus the next 2 months are BUSY with Dad's knee replacement surgery, appointments and out of town family visiting. My sister is going to stay with Dad, so THAT will be a major help. Our grown son, Tom is moving back from Maui and will stay with us for awhile. That'll be nice, but the guest room has been taken over by the grandchildren, so gotta do some preparation...It's gonna be a busy start to fall!
