What causes me to eat healthily all day and then WHAM! I went through Hershey's kisses like they were popcorn. I am surprised I unwrapped them at the rate i was going! I don't normally eat candy or even buy it...they are in the house because my mother in law (94) eats them. I had a stash in the kitchen as a tiny treat for the grandbabies and OMG...something happened last night. Well, it is over and I am being accountable. I will record my transgressions and learn from them. I used to pretend they didn't happen. Of course my lack of weight loss would give me up! Anyway, here's to a new day, Have a good one everyone!

Try making fat bombs out of liquidcoconut oil 1 cup and coco powder - 1 tbsp. add a couple dropper fulls of sweetleaf brand stevia. Whisk. Use mini silicone muffin pan. Pour and chill. Keep in fridge or freezer I pour extra in baggy and lay it out flat for bar chocolate. Find a way to prop the open end up while it chills.
