Thank god it's Friday. Another awful week at work. Everything that could go wrong has gone wrong this entire month. I've got about 4 top priority projects, which never goes well.
But, I am doing well with what I've been eating and my workout routine. I'm doing modified exercises at my gym since my muscle strain is still healing. Also went for a run last night. About a year ago, I could barely do 30 seconds of running/1 minute walking. Yesterday I went a full 25 minutes nonstop, which I've not been able to do since high school.
Looking forward to another long bike ride this weekend :)
