Thanks for all the well wishes on my last entry. I am staying the same weight but not bingeing or starving...just eating normally and being aware of what is up or down with me...Awareness is key as long as it does not become a preoccupation. I have pretty much conquered my "all or nothing tendencies" ... Feeling good, and ready to start at setting a goal, doing things to reach THAT goal and hanging out with my FS friends!
