Motivation _ feel better, lose weight, health, get off the floor without rolling to a side (knee is weak too) but without pulling or holding on to something.

My Why - live longer, feel better, stop feeling so tired and crappy, don't like how I look, or cloths, shopping, going to public events. seeing people I know

Main goal - weight loss, my blood work is showing I need to take care of myself, menopause is kicking my butt, how can I eat and fuel my body with better foods.
I have things to do. Be less self-conscious, have confidence. younger fun grandma that likes to roller-skate, and ice skate and water parks/slides. don't want to break a hip or too fat to get on and off stuff.
