I was on my treadmill this morning and the belt kept sticking when I turned up the speed. Okay, that sucked, kind of dangerous. So I go online to find out why and what to do and low and behold did anyone know that you have to lube your treadmill every few months? I didn't. My trusty amazon will have treadmill lube for me delivered Wednesday. Since I've been wanting Chinese food lately and still want even if I did eat it yesterday I made homemade beef with broccoli. It didn't turn out too bad but I should have paid more attention to the recipe I found. I messed up an ingredient or two. It still came out pretty good. I had 2 servings for lunch and froze 3 2-serving packs for dinners. (Hubby will not eat broccoli) My son and I will have 5 minute Chinese food whenever I must have it next. Next batch I'll follow the recipe a little better. I'm starting to look into OAMC for low carb or crock pot cooking prep for the month. Seems it would save some money and be a lot quicker every day. One day a month does not seem too bad for meal prep/cooking.
