I totally blew it yesterday. I overate a LOT. Today, I will have to be much better. I did not bother to write everything down yesterday. And today, I did not finish my second cup of tea until Thursday morning, but I counted it still for Wednesday.

That's me today. came home to an edible arrangement on the porch today. While the thought was nice, I ate many pieces of fruit dipped in chocolate. All my calories and now I'm debating on skipping dinner.

I feel your pain. I did the same thing 2 days ago. Ate things I shouldn't have and didn't log it. Don't beat yourself, I'm sure it happens to most of us.

I find writing is helping me a lot, because sometimes if I write a meal it blows the diet, so I choose something else to eat instead. :) Also when I front up and admit to my piggy crimes I find I didn't do quite as bad as I thought.

After I had reached my calorie limit for the day, I had a 500 calorie cookie. I'm not proud of that, but it happens. Just so it doesn't happen too often.

I try to make myself log whatever I eat. I consider it education. Frequently it's not as bad when I log it as it is in my head. Helpful to be able to look back and make better choices next time the Fat Me is trying to sabotage!

As you know.. given all things are otherwise consistent, one day of under-eating doesn’t equal weight loss and therefore one day of over-eating doesn’t equal weight gain. Get back to it and all is good!
