I Haven’t been on here in a while but I made an achievement I wanted to post here.
my daughter 9yr old.
at my biggest she would always say when I hug you my fingers don’t touch all the way around.
your goal is for my fingers to touch when I hug you we’ll….
I reached that goal today she hugged me and said DAD DAD DAD my fingers are Touching we got excited because I haven’t been keeping up with any plans or calorie counting or been staying very healthy with all my food choices I just eat way less then I use to! I weighed in tonight at 272.2
