On the run eating without enough choices. Not enough fat/calories/carbs. Will be at my daughters college orientation tm with pasta and bread on the menu:( Hopefully there will be salad available and I can balance out with the breakfast before and dinner afterward. Honestly have been more focused on my daughter and the visit than eating. I will get through tm best I can.
