I only ate 390 calories today and me an the wife hit the gym for 90 minutes half weights half cardio
But I have a question
We decided to get one of there protein shakes they offer at the gym after wards and it’s delicious but I could only drink half of it this is my second time ever having a protein shake and I don’t know why but the protein shakes make me feel really weird in the head has anyone els experienced that?
and I feel like I’m about to die haha I definitely should have eaten a bit more today before going to the gym but hey I’m new to all of this and I’m self learning everything no nutritionist or trainer hell i haven’t even gone to the doctors office in over 5 years
i should probably eat some food now but I just don’t feel hungry just really thirsty
