Just wanted to say thank you to all the tips and comments on my last entry all were very helpful and supportive!!
The wife and I are going to the gym for the first time today we’re a bit nervous
but we really need to change our lifestyle not only for our physical health but our mental health as well
So I hope it’s a positive experience. planning on doing some cardio and learning some of the weight lifting machines wish us luck much love to you all on your health journey!
