hello FS peeps, after a bit of knowledge. I'm on a clean eating(ish) keto/low carb diet. This week as it's been hot I've had quite a few glasses of no added sugar squash which has acesulfame and sucralose in it. The scales haven't shifted at all so I'm wondering if the sweetness are preventing weight loss /messing with ketosis. Has anyone experienced this?
