I felt like I kind of wimped out today. My knees were sore so I didn't do my normal 30 min of way up there 157bpm cardio. I did the hill trainer program and it felt pathetic but I did it for 35 min. I could have done that for a few hours. I am going to walk to the grocery sore with the kids and maybe get my hair cut or something. I gotta stop feeling so down and out about myself but it is SO hard. I just don't want to be fat anymore, I hate it so much! I wish that I could make myself hate being fat enough to sop eating shit all the time. I have gotten a TON better cause I am not eating fast food and soda, but that isn't good enough. I gotta stop it all together, why can't I?
