Well, I haven't been following much of a diet plan much the last two weeks. Its been more of a case of "gee, I'm hungry" and then rooting around in the pantry and fridge and eating what was there and didn't look too unappetizing.

I should state now that my husband pretty much lives on bananas, cornflakes, muesli, fish sticks, and whatever low fat, low taste frozen meal he likes that week. He doesn't eat sweets, or sugar and is mental about fat in food (why, since he is thin as a stick is beyond me).

I try not to buy too much junk food (I do, but I try. Because if there wasn't any then I'd go out and buy a crapton of it and then binge eat).

Anyway, whatever. I have been increasing my amount of water intake (I'm drinking roughly 9 or 10 8oz glasses of water each day sometimes more.) This may or may not be related to the medication the doc put me on for GERD, dunno. I do know that being on the med has made it possible for me to eat things like pasta sauce again and other things that used to cause me a great deal of pain (like water). So this is awesome.

I weighed myself this am and the scale says 222-but it could be 223 since its an old scale and not (IMO) very accurate.

Anyway I am trying to watch the amount of what I'm eating, and when I get to go into town I walk around the inside of the stores a few times to try to get the walking in when I can. Not as good as a real walk, I'm sure, but better than nothing.
