last weigh-in before leaving for a month won't have a computer most of the time, so I'll be able to log food with my phone and post some pics, but won't be able to see posts to me or to respond. Down 0.2 lb this week on my higher calorie/lower protein diet. We'll see what a month long vacation does to the old waistline.
